The RCCBA is committed to providing pro bono legal services to the community through non-profit agencies and through no-cost legal clinics. While the RCCBA takes part in various pro bono events, here are three of the more frequent avenues through which the RCCBA serves the community:
Greenhouse Ministries Legal Clinic
The RCCBA operates a Legal Clinic every Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at Greenhouse Ministries, 309 South Spring Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. You can contact Greenhouse Ministries at (615) 494-0499. The current RCCBA Public Service Committee Chairman, who coordinates volunteers at Legal Clinic, is Josh Jenkins, who can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org.
MTSU Veterans and Military Family Center Legal Clinic
The Middle Tennessee State University Veterans and Military Family Center organizes a quarterly legal clinic, conducted with RCCBA Attorney Volunteers, to serve its students and families. For information on the next Veterans Legal Clinic, you can contact General Keith Huber at email@example.com.
Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee
The Legal Aid Society is a private, non-profit organization that provides free legal services to people with low income. The Legal Aid Society is an independent non-profit organization; however, all attorneys in the Murfreesboro Office of the Legal Aid Society are RCCBA Members and several Attorney Members of the RCCBA accept referrals from the Legal Aid Society at low-cost or no-cost. You can reach the Murfreesboro Office of the Legal Aid Society at (615) 890-0905.
